The studio became public in 2018, when Microgaming named it among the first independent developers in its “Studios Model”. Under that arrangement, Fortune Factory Studios produces games exclusively for Microgaming, joining partners such as Triple Edge Studios and Slingshot Studios in keeping the supplier's catalogue fresh.
