Why we have this policy
What the policy sets out to achieve
Our Information Security Policy (ISP) is in place to make sure that:
- core and supporting business operations carry on with as little disruption as possible;
- every piece of data that iGaming Software Solutions uses or stores remains complete and available;
- confidentiality is protected through suitable procedures for handling and storing information;
- the organisation's information assets are shielded from threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental.
Our security commitments
This policy has been approved by the Chief Executive Officer of iGaming Software Solutions. Putting it into practice means the following:
- Availability. Information is delivered to staff and the public with minimal disruption, as business processes require, so that information and essential services reach their users where and when they are needed.
- Classification. Information is graded according to the level of protection it requires, which guards valuable or sensitive data against unauthorised disclosure and interruption. We also safeguard the confidentiality of information including, but not limited to, research, third-party, personal and electronic communications data.
- Compliance. Applicable regulatory and legislative requirements are met, keeping iGaming Software Solutions in line with the relevant business, national and international laws.
- Awareness and training. Information security education, awareness and training are provided to staff and relevant external parties, so everyone understands how to apply this policy and what their own duties and responsibilities are.
- Integrity. Information is kept intact: its accuracy and completeness are protected, and it is secured against unauthorised changes.
- Incident reporting. A reporting system operates so that every actual or suspected security breach is reported and then investigated by the relevant authorities or by our staff.
- Access control. A control process for the information security system is maintained, with appropriate access controls that keep information safe from unauthorised access.
- Business continuity. Continuity plans are ready to counter interruptions to business activity and to protect critical processes from the effects of major failures or disasters.
Roles and responsibilities
Every manager is directly accountable for putting the Information Security Policy into effect in their own area and for making sure their team follows it. In addition, each individual member of staff is responsible for complying with it.
Our management representative for information security is the Head of DevOps, who holds direct responsibility for designing, planning, implementing and operating the policy across iGaming Software Solutions. The role also includes writing, or overseeing the development of, related policies, procedures and guidelines, which are not limited to information security.
The internal auditor is directly responsible for confirming that the policy works as intended. The Information Security Policy itself is kept under review.
